Is Sacred Lotus Right For You?
What is holistic wellness coaching?
Holistic wellness coaching addresses the whole person—mind, body, spirit, relationships, and life circumstances. It’s not therapy (I’m not treating mental health conditions), but rather guidance toward alignment, agency, and authentic living. If you need clinical mental health support, I encourage you to work with a licensed therapist and we can complement that work.
Who do you work with?
I work with anyone seeking deeper meaning, authentic alignment, and freedom from conditioning. My clients are often navigating life transitions, struggling with boundaries or people-pleasing, or simply exhausted from living for everyone else. I also offer specialized parent-child and family sessions.

What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are held at the retreat sanctuary and typically last one hour. We might work indoors or outdoors depending on the weather and what feels right for you. The work integrates conversation, breathwork, mindfulness, energy practices, and spiritual tools—customized to what you need in that moment. You’re also encouraged to spend time on the land before or after sessions.
Do I have to interact with the animals?
Not at all. The animals are available as teachers and mirrors, but your level of interaction is entirely up to you. Some clients love spending time with the horses and other animals; others prefer to observe from a distance or focus on the land itself.
What if I’ve never done this kind of work before?
That’s perfectly okay. Many clients come to Sacred Lotus without prior experience in coaching, mindfulness, or spiritual practices. I meet you exactly where you are and introduce concepts and tools at a pace that feels right for you.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you’re feeling the pull to reconnect with yourself, if you’re tired of living by everyone else’s expectations, or if you’re curious about what authentic alignment might feel like—you’re ready. The work requires openness and commitment, but you don’t need to have it all figured out before you start.
Where is the retreat located?
Sacred Lotus Retreat is located on 8 acres in Great Falls, Virginia. The exact address is shared with clients upon booking.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
The retreat experience and connection with the land and animals are central to this work, so in-person sessions are preferred. However, I may offer limited virtual follow-up sessions for existing clients. Contact me to discuss your specific needs.
