Unlike a "spa" we offer a variety of therapeutic modalities in a private, zen-inspired alternative wellness environment.
Our wholistic approach to wellness is often achieved by promoting the mental and physical conditions necessary to foster positive good health and prevent ill health. These therapies work towards restoring a state of balance by relieving stress through the body's natural healing process.
Our restorative skincare, therapeutic massages and emotionally rebalancing holistic techniques are not intended to replace conventional medical practice and treatments.
We provide an environment of serenity and tranquility. Cell phones should remain off and conversations should be kept in a quiet tone. Children should remain quietly seated and be closely supervised. They are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the reception lounge.
Please note that we are NOT a walk-in "spa" facility. To continue providing the quality service we're known for, our operation is located in a private and professional office setting with services by appointment only. We kindly ask that you check-in 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete the necessary medical history and consent forms. Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We regret that we cannot infringe on our next client's service time.
Groupon and other deal vouchers are for NEW CLIENTS ONLY! Please be advised that Groupon and other deal companies retain approximately 50% of the purchase price of your paid treatment as their fee. Therefore, we cannot accept Groupons or other deal vouchers from repeat users, as it would prove financially detrimental to our business revenues as well as our practitioners' compensation.
Any client who presents more vouchers than the original Groupon/deal will be charged the difference accordingly for full price for the treatment. In addition, as stated on your deal voucher, gratuities are based upon full price of the advertised treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment is considered a commitment of our practitioners' time.
If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 100% the cost of the scheduled therapy price.. For new clients, a credit card deposit is required to secure your first appointment.

Any product may be exchanged for product, services, or in-house merchandise credit only, within 14 days of purchase. Products presented for exchange must be unused and unopened. Receipt required. Sorry, no cash, check or credit card refunds.
